Almost time to announce the winner of the Global Illustration Award, one of the most prestigious competition for illustrators from all over the world!
Marina and Annalisa Durante are already among the ten finalists for the Scientific Illustration Category with their sea poster Cetaceans and among the twenty finalists for Advertisement & Editorial Illustration Category with their Fruit Candy Box.
The proclamation will take place at Frankfurter Buchmesse on Wednesday 3th October.

Entries for the competition can be submitted until 5 August 2017 via the award’s website.

Elisa Moriconi has been announced one of the ten finalists in Talenthouse contest.
The contest’s been promoted by Warner Bros and Talent House to amplify the launch of the new movie King Arthur: Legend of the Sword , the new epic fantasy action adventure film direct by Guy Ritchie and foreseen in next May 2017.
From around the world many artists participated in this international competition with own works. They could create artworks that capture the film’s fresh, contemporary twist on the classic King Arthur tale. using different techniques.

Considerable freedom with regard to the choiceGreat freedom about the choice of technique: Elisa has been selected with a gouache on paper entitled It is inevitable.
The ten selected pieces of artwork will be featured in King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’s marketing campaign leading up to the release of the film. The best illustration will be used by Warner Bros to promote the new movie.
The Big Book of Big Animals published by Usborne and illustrated by Fabiano Fiorin has been voted for children of Basque Schools as one of their favourite book of the year!
