Jacopo Ascari was born in Modena, Italy, in 1993 and raised in Milan in an artistic, stimulating and creative environment.
His biggest passion is the representation of architecture and cities, with specific attention to maps. He managed to unify drawing and urban design getting a degree cum laude in Urban Planning at the Politecnico di Milano. Currently, he is attending a Master of Science in the same field.
The main goal of his work is the communication of architecture and urban design through a city story-telling. In doing so illustration seems to be the strongest medium. His illustrations have been published on packaging, books and magazines.
He is currently working with architecture firms in the project representation phase.
