Hi, I’m Pilar Lama, illustrator and author of children’s stories, and I want to teach you a little about how I work.
I would like to teach you an activity that is very beautiful for me, and that is to draw this little dragon here, his name is POTO, he is my little violet dragon. I created him several years ago. Here is his first book published in French and it is about Christmas.
I would like you to learn how to easily draw the dragon and then show you how I color it. You can color it however you want, but I would like to show you how I add these shadows and the different shades of violet to make it look like it has more volume.
