Born in Santa Margherita Ligure, two steps away from Portofino, Italy. Alessandra now lives in Bergamo, a city twenty-five miles east of Milan.
She studied and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts. Here her inborn attitude for engraving, drawing and painting were highly valued and earned her a scholarship each year for all six years.
She has illustrated novels, school-books, monographs and user?s manuals, magazine articles, pamphlets, and has drawn for advertising campaigns, all fields where she is still very active.
She has held and holds courses in etching, drawing and watercolour in high schools, clubs and libraries.
