Andrea Da Rold
Andrea Da Rold is a graduate of the Brera Academy of Milan. He works as a children´s illustrator and storyboard artist for corporate clients. Andrea mostly illustrates children´s fiction and scholastic publications for established publishers such as Giunti, De Agostini, Mondadori, Piemme, Egmont, Usborne, Salariya and QED. He supervised the restyling of the ‘Geronimo Stilton’ children’s book series, for which he also illustrates the covers. Andrea has illustrated cartoons for the Alleanza Assicurazioni insurance company and worked as a storyboard illustrator for Green Movie, Sky Italia and Brevetto Basilico. Since 2017, he has worked extensively for Usborne Children´s Books illustrating graphic novels that are based on classic literature and adapted by Russell Punter for the Usborne Graphic Legends series. Published titles which Andrea has illustrated include ‘The Adventures of King Arthur’ (2017), ‘The Hound of the Baskervilles’ (2018) and ‘The Adventures of Thor’ (2019).
